Cultural and lingustic diversity is strongly represented within the community of Victoria - the most diverse state in Australia. Children's Services operate within this community and this provides an exciting opportunity to explore how to reflect diversity within services’ programs. 

It is the right of every child and their family to be enrolled in a program that takes her/his cultural and linguistic identity into account. This includes children from second and third generation communities as well as those who have most recently arrived in Australia.
