There are many laws and regulations that are relevant to a Casual Bilingual Worker in Children’s Services; including Occupational Health and Safety law; Privacy and Confidentiality and Children’s Services Regulations. This session will provide a review of the policies and procedures.

• Protecting Privacy and Confidentiality
• Overview of OH&S and how it relates to the work of the Casual Bilingual Worker
• Overview of Children’s Services Regulations

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times
• Understand their role and responsibility of being safe in the workplace
• Gain further information and knowledge about Children’s Services Regulations
